What every HOA block-hour package provides

- No separate setup fee — onboarding and the initial assessment are drawn from the prepaid block hours
Block Hour Terms
- Hours expire 12 months from purchase
- Business hours included; after-hours billed at 1.5x
- Emergency response available at a premium rate
- Hardware/software/licenses not included unless quoted
- Travel/onsite billed against block hours or quoted per visit
