Jessica Aviles brings 25 years of systems administration and cybersecurity experience to every business Paloma Technologies serves — including work on Disney Springs alongside Walt Disney Imagineers and PCL Construction, and years spent hardening networks for defense contractors under DoD security frameworks.

Born and raised in New York City, Jessica built a career protecting the technology infrastructure of major corporations before founding Paloma to bring that same level of protection to small businesses, HOAs, and local organizations across Florida.

The name is intentional: paloma means "dove" in Spanish — a symbol of peace. There's no such thing as peace of mind in technology, only the daily hope that it works. Paloma Technologies exists to close that gap, giving business owners the reliability and security to build their legacy without worrying about what's running underneath it.

As Chief Operating Officer of Paloma Technologies, Julio Velázquez is responsible for driving the company's operational strategy, business development, and customer success initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience leading organizations in technology, financial services, and business consulting, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to help businesses embrace digital transformation with confidence.

Julio specializes in managed IT services, cybersecurity, AI-driven business automation, and scalable operational systems. His leadership philosophy centers on building strong relationships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering measurable value to every client. He believes technology should simplify business, strengthen security, and create opportunities for long-term growth.

Richard serves as Senior Helpdesk Administrator at Paloma, where he oversees the helpdesk department and collaborates closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure the integrity and reliability of critical IT operations. With over a decade of experience and CompTIA certifications, Richard has built deep expertise in troubleshooting, technical support, and cross-functional leadership within complex, high-availability environments.

His project portfolio includes complete network rebuilds, advanced network troubleshooting, and the development of detailed Layer 2/Layer 3 topology diagrams and network schematics as client deliverables. This body of work reflects a consistent focus on improving system performance, streamlining processes, and enhancing the end-user experience. Richard remains committed to continuous professional development, using emerging technologies to support long-term operational excellence.
